Marketing Specialist: Works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. May identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives; provides pre- and post-sale marketing support to distributors, OEMs and resellers; and supports public relations through researching, writing and editing press releases. Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
Define, communicate and roll-out marketing plan for the region including Account-Based Marketing and mid-market plans
Develop and execute measurable regional demand generation programs that drive brand awareness and pipeline, with quarterly accountability for lead & pipeline creation
Localise and execute corporate international marketing campaigns in APAC
Ensure sales and marketing are aligned closely for our APAC region. Actively participate to quarterly sales meetings
Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Product Marketing and International PR to define APAC and market specific strategies and localize messaging accordingly
Develop effective always-on lead nurture programs that move leads to MQL status
Develop cross-sell/up-sell as well as competitive take-out marketing programs that help expend our footprint
Manage and attend media related events, executive speaking opportunities and awards programs
Analysis of campaign performance and recommendations for optimization and future enhancements
Provide quarterly regional business reporting and analysis on all programs and campaigns run in APAC
What you bring to the team
Proven years of experience in Marketing related roles in APA, including knowledge of SaaS, Cloud or IT Security enterprise software
Experience delivering effective demand generation marketing campaigns and programs that are integrated and multi-channel and that deliver measurable and repeatable results
Good knowledge of B2B marketing mix including social, digital, online and offline (event marketing)
Experience executing demand generation programs through resellers and strategic partners. Specific channel marketing experience is a plus
Good Marketing Automation experience, CRM (Salesforce) experience required as well
Experience with Account Based Marketing methodology and tactics
Fluent English is essential. Any additional language is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
