Proofpoint Contract Renewals Compliance Specialist (6 months) - Remote in Sunnyvale, California

The Role

As a Contract Renewals Compliance Specialist Level I, you will support the Renewal Sales team by quoting customer’s renewals with accuracy and completeness. To succeed in this role, you will need to be meticulous and able to work with diverse groups of people. This is a prime opportunity for someone looking to grow their career while primarily working directly with Finance and Sales.

Your day-to-day

  • Be a trusted contact to the Renewal Sales team for all topics relating to renewal quote requirements.

  • Create standard renewal quotes utilizing the CPQ tool as well as manual setup and calculations in excel.

  • Review data within SFDC and contracts drive to accurately capture customer’s account details.

  • Work with various departments to certify renewal quotes follow renewal, audit, and company guidelines and expectations.

  • Manage and track renewal quotes to ensure team’s standard SLAs are met.

  • Partake in ad hoc projects, as instructed.

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Meticulous with high attention to detail

  • Analytical and enjoys arithmetic or working with numbers

  • Self-starter and committed to delivering results

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must know how to operate a Computer and tools/apps

  • Experience with Microsoft Office – able to create basic formulas in Excel is a plus

  • Experience with SFDC is an advantage
