The Role

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Enterprise DLP, you will drive go-to-market for a next generation people-centric approach to protecting information.

You will create compelling value proposition, create and deliver engaging content, and impact the business case to justify purchase. You’ll hone the sales play into a repeatable motion.

You’ll collaborate across corporate marketing, product management, sales, services, and more – to support and drive the success of a customer’s end-to-end journey.

Protecting information in a modern work-from-anywhere world requires the understanding of a convergence of technologies that customers are using to secure their data. You are up for the big challenge of solving an age-old problem in a new way. You love to work in a fast-growing business area and make a big impact every day.

Your day-to-day

  • Be the solution thought leader, including speaking engagement and written pieces.

  • Be the expert on the buyer – who they are, how they buy, and their buying criteria. Drive new buying criteria to solve for unfulfilled needs

  • Know the competitive landscape – and their positioning

  • Craft compelling marketing content. Highlight differentiated value for target buyers via presentations, web content, webinars, and more. Bring on the creativity!

  • Create and deliver sales/channel enablement content

  • Plan the launch of new releases, manage cross-functional implementation of the plan

  • Partner with internal teams to drive successful customer outcome metrics.

  • Partner with sales and product management to define go-to-market priorities for revenue growth

  • Partner with corporate marketing to create compelling marketing content to drive demand

  • Partner with the Services team to bring a holistic people-process-technology solution to market

  • Build strong working relationships across product, corporate marketing, sales, and senior leaders to achieve business goals.

What you bring to the team:

  • Expertise in the security landscape. Ability to converse across technical and sales audience with a concise message.

  • Passion to know your market and translate expertise to actionable go-to-market plans.

  • Adept at solution marketing. Proven ability to develop strong productive relationships with sales, product management, and more.

  • Proven ability to consistently meet commitments with high-quality deliverables.

  • Strong personal initiative, good business instincts, and comfort with ambiguity

  • Proven ability to excel in an innovative, fast-paced environment, and execute to achieve business metrics.

  • Must be a strong public speaker. Comfortable in front of executive, technical, and large audiences.

  • Curiosity, excited to engage with and learn from others, as much as you like to influence.

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, with experience marketing to enterprise security or IT

  • BS/BA required in a business or technical concentration
