The Role

To enable our continued trajectory as one of the world’s fastest growing Cyber Security vendors, we are seeking a proactive, creative and tenacious Sales Recruiter to join a hands-on recruitment team supporting business leaders across EMEA.

You will be responsible for attracting and securing outstanding Inside Sales and Sales Engineer candidates to work at Proofpoint. In this role, you will be expected to manage full life-cycle recruiting of sales candidates, from identification and attraction, providing an excellent candidate experience and ultimately securing exceptional talent. You will partner with assigned Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to provide outstanding support and guidance across multiple geographies.

Your day-to-day

  • Full life-cycle recruiting mainly for our EMEA Inside Sales positions based in the UK and Field Sales Engineers across EMEA.

  • Effective advocate of the Proofpoint business

  • Partner with hiring managers in defining a recruitment strategy to source the best talent based on the business needs and goals

  • Partner with HR colleagues and stakeholders on HR programs and hiring initiatives

  • Identify, attract and hire high quality candidates through the development and implementation of innovative recruitment sourcing programs and strategies

  • Communicate recruiting activity, challenges and results with hiring managers and HR Business Partners

  • Report on recruiting metrics

  • Leverage ATS for required tasks and candidate sourcing

What you bring to the team

  • Extensive, proven track record in sourcing and attraction methods, targeting talented inside sales executives within the technology sector, preferably in security, SaaS or Infrastructure (your experience maybe agency or inhouse)

  • Proven ability to project manage multiple concurrent search assignments

  • Demonstrate understanding hiring managers’ needs and identifying ‘A player’ sales talent

  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to deliver a compelling vision and opportunity to prospective candidates

  • Collaborative, customer focused, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced result-oriented environment

  • Proven track record of delivering recruitment assignments to tight timescales

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System; Process-orientated and good attention to detail

  • Influential stakeholder and candidate management skills, including ability to manage internal leadership expectations

  • Uncompromising desire to create an outstanding candidate experience

  • Fluent English language skills, any additional language skills an advantage.
