The Role

The Program Strategy Manager’s (PSM) primary function is to develop and progress clients’ Critical Asset Protection Programs (CAPP) and maintain client relationships. PSMs provide guidance, share knowledge and skills with all PCMS support teams, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed as they drive clients’ programs to an advanced state of information protection security maturity.

Your day-to-day

  • Acts as consultative, trusted adviser to assigned clients, owning the relationship

  • Responsible for day-to-day activities for assigned clients

  • Develops 12-month road maps for assigned clients, expanding their scope, maturity, and security posture

  • Maintains program roadmaps and is accountable for delivery of objectives against deadlines

  • Accountable for client satisfaction, retention and keeping their data secure

  • Guarantees the highest quality of services delivered

  • Lead client calls, develops discussion material, agendas and sends call notes to clients

  • Open and assigns cases as required

  • Monitor all clients’ cases to ensure that tasks are accurate, viable and completed within SLO guidelines

  • Provide flexibility with schedule to cover job requirements

  • Ensures adherence to service briefs, Proofpoint best practice, and SOPs

What you bring to the team

  • 3-5 years of proven and successful related experience

  • Exposure to the Microsoft Compliance Suite (specially Microsoft Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Defender tools)

  • Proven success managing a team of people and portfolio of accounts

  • Background in Information Security, Project Management, Information Technology, Business Management, or similar field

  • Capability to drive performance and achieve excellent results

  • Ability to work effectively with team members and with clients

  • Self-motivated, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Demonstrated organizational and scheduling skills, strong time management skills

  • Ability to approach problems from multiple angles and find creative solutions (conflict resolution)

  • Exposure to the Microsoft Compliance Suite (specially Microsoft Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Defender tools)

  • Previous experience working in 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC)

  • Previous Data Loss Prevention or Information Security experience Preferred

  • Industry standard certifications (CISSP, PMP, CISM, etc.) Preferred

The hiring range for this position is typically:

68,925.00 - 91,900.00 USD

Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
